I just signed up and had my first class today. I look forward to this journey. Coach was amazing. I am a bigger person so it took A LOT for me to step out of my comfort zone, but I did it and I am so glad I did and I am already excited to go back. Do not second guess yourself, join, you will love it.
I’m finally able to exercise after a medical season in my life . The staff and owners are kind and tough . I love it! I’m into my 3rd week of 6 and am seeing good results. Mostly mental victories at this point. I’d say give yourself time to get ripped if it’s been a long time since you’ve been active and enjoy the process !
I decided to sign up for the 28 day challenge as a way to check out FBBC. I was nervous about going because I have a number of injuries impacting my range of motion and I’m not in the greatest physical shape, so I wondered how much I’d be able to do in this type of workout. I was impressed from Day 1! The coaches offer plenty of modifications to begin with and will fine tune to your specific need. After a week, I had more energy and improved mood. After about 2.5 weeks, I noticed my pants fit just a little bit better. After 4 weeks, I’m feeling stronger. I decided to sign up for a regular membership at the end of the challenge. I’m so proud of what I’ve been able to accomplish so far. My favorite thing about FBBC is the group comradery and the support from the coaches. In a traditional gym setting you don’t get this level of support and attention in classes. You’d have to pay a fortune in personal training for it. I hope this review encourages you to try FBBC. If I can do it, so can you!
Every day is different and the workouts will make you sweat! The staff is great and work with me on modifying as needed. There is no judgement on level - whether you are an absolute beginner or very fit - you will work hard for 30 minutes. I look forward to going each morning and feel great the rest of my day. So happy I found this place!
